  • The hives are taken up into the high country where there are huge areas of fireweed in the Spring. Fireweed is common in logged and burned areas of forest. This honey is the champagne of Honeys, almost clear, pale with a sweet delicate flavour. A connoisseur’s delight. Available in quarts for 40.00 pints 25.00 and half pints for 15.00
